Jiangxi E-commerce High Level Engineering Technology Research Centers the project of 2012 Jiangxi High Education High Level Innovation Platform approved to establish by the Department of Education ofJiangxiProvince. Fully highlighting the advantages of interdisciplinary fusion, giving play to the advantages of collaborative innovation, the center develops engineering technology research and development on the field of network and business security, business media information processing, data engineering and business intelligence, knowledge management and decision making support, supply chain and logistics management, information technology innovation and industry convergence, etc.

In recent years, members of the center have successively secured 31 national natural science funds, 4 national social science funds, 100 more provincial and ministerial level topics; and published 200 more papers in international and domestic journals and academic conferences, among which, about 50 papers were indexed by SCI, about 170 theses were indexed by EI; and published 17 monographs; and won 6 patents; and gained 30 more provincial and ministerial level rewards. 5 scientific research achievements were adopted or transferred and created economic benefit totally RMB 36 million Yuan.

Jiangxi Key Laboratory of Digital Media

Jiangxi Key Laboratory of Digital Media was approved to establish by the Department of Science and Technology of Jiangxi Province in April 2013. The lab mainly studies the key problems regarding digital media processing technologies, such as digital media encoding and transmission, understanding of digital media contents, authentication and security of digital media, cross media data mining and retrieval, etc. Through establishing key lab, collecting talents, extracting direction, it creates new academic frontiers, races to control high points of discipline, and develops products with independent intellectual property. The lab has experimental facilities which can undertake the national or provincial and ministerial level great and key scientific research tasks. It has constructed digital media talent cultivation base, which manages to realize new breakthrough on the aspect of digital media industry and creates good economic benefit.

The members of the lab have successively secured 21 national natural science funds, 2 national social science funds, 1 national science and technology supported planning project, 3 landing plan projects of science and technology in colleges and universities of Jiangxi Province, and 40 more other provincial and ministerial level projects, and have published 150 more papers in key academic journals, including IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, Information Sciences, Pattern Recognition, IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering, and IEEE System Journal, Chinese Journal of Computers, Journal of Software, Journal of Computer Research and Development, and Journal of Image and Graphics, etc.

The lab continuously enhances academic communication and contact with higher education and research institutions at home and abroad. By now, 9 persons have developed post-doctoral and visiting research works respectively in research institutions of America, Canada, Singapore, Sweden, Australia, South Korea, and Hong Kong, etc.

Jiangxi Key Laboratory of Data and Knowledge Engineering

Jiangxi Key Laboratory of Data and Knowledge Engineering was approved to establish by the Department of Education ofJiangxiProvincein February 2006. Since established, for the scientific problems with general character, fundamentality, critical property and perspectiveness in the economic development, based on the research of database and knowledge engineering, taking the theories and methods of relevant fields, including database, data mining, statistics, machine learning, and natural language processing, the laboratory actively uses the research achievements of each field to process the data and knowledge, and increase social effects and economic benefits.

The laboratory has successively secured 10 national natural science funds and national social science funds, with accumulated disposable scientific research expenditure of about RMB 6 million Yuan for all projects. It has published 50 more papers in authoritative journals and famous international conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, Information Sciences, Chinese Journal of Computers, Journal of Software, Journal of Computer Research and Development, Journal of the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information, and ACM Conference on Information and Knowledge Management, also has published several monographs and textbooks. Besides, it has won 10 more rewards, including the 6th Higher Education National Teaching Achievements Reward, Jiangxi Natural Science Reward, Jiangxi Higher Education Scientific and Technological Achievements Reward, Jiangxi Excellent Teaching Achievement Reward and Jiangxi Higher Education Excellent Textbook Reward, etc.

Research Institution for Information Resource Management

The Research Institution for Information Resource Management was established in 2005. With the development mode of "scientific research, echelon cultivation, discipline construction, and serving society", it has formed a research team with sustainable competitiveness in domestic. Through promoting the construction of discipline spot of management science and engineering, giving play to the important role of the discipline information management and information system in research practice, it shall contribute to the development and use of information resources and construction of informatization.

In recent years, the staff of this institution has successively secured 8 national natural science funds and national social science funds and 20 more scientific research topics, includingJiangxinatural science fund topics, topics of humanities and social science fund for high institutions ofJiangxiProvince, and social science planning projects of Jiangxi Province, etc. It has published 100 more papers in the key international and domestic journals, including Management World, Journal of the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information, Science Research Management, Journal of Computer Science and Technology, Chinese Journal of Electronics, and Journal of Systems Science and Information, etc, among which 60 more theses were indexed by  SCI, EI, ISTP. It also has published 10 more relevant textbooks and monographs, declared and obtained several national patents for invention and software copyrights, and completed the research of 10 more enterprise horizontal application topics.

Research Institution for Operation and Supply Chain Management

Research Institution for Operation and Supply Chain Management of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics was established in July 2006. It aims at developing high level research aiming at international frontier problems, and strives to publish more good quality articles on high level international academic journals. Meanwhile, combining with the development demands of economy and society of Jiangxi Province, especially the development demands of the ecological economic area around Poyang Lake, it shall give counsel for realizing the transformation of the mode of modern logistics and supply chain management of enterprises in Jiangxi Province, and shall serve for the development of economy and society of Jiangxi Province.

In recent years, the members of the institution have successively secured 5 national natural science funds, and have successively published 70 more papers in the key international and domestic journals, including Decision Sciences, IIE Transactions, European Journal of Operational Research, and Journal of Management Sciences in China, etc.

Research Institution for Quantitative Economics

The Research Institution for Quantitative Economics was established in July 2009. Focusing on the demands of social development, gripping these fundamental, critical and frontier scientific problems during the development process of national economy, and combining province, school and school conditions, it strives to obtain breakthrough on science and technology through researching quantitative economics. Meanwhile, it provides services to the economic development of the country, especially that of Jiangxi Province; actively promotes the productization of research achievements, and construct it to be a key base for quantitative economics research and high level talents cultivation in Jiangxi Province, even in China.

In recent years, the members of the institution have successively secured 5 national natural science funds, 3 national social science funds, and 30 more scientific research topics, including humanities and social science project of Ministry of Education, soft science project of Jiangxi Province, social science planning project of Jiangxi Province, science and technology project of Department of Education of Jiangxi Province, and landing plan project of science and technology in colleges and universities of Jiangxi Province, etc. The national natural science fund and natural social science funds completed by them are appraised excellent level. The members of the institution also have published 100 more papers in the key international and domestic journals, including Economic Modeling, Economic Letters, International Journal of Management Science and Engineering Management, Management World, The Journal of Quantitative & Technical Economics, Statistical Research, Systems Engineering - Theory & Practice, and Economic Management Journal, etc; and have published 10 more textbooks and monographs. Their achievements in scientific research have won 10 more rewards, including the third prize of excellent achievements of humanities and social science of the Ministry of Education, and the first prize of excellent achievements of philosophy and social science ofJiangxiProvince, etc.

Research Institution of Network Application and Safety

The Innovation Team for Network Application and Safety, relying onSchoolofInformation Technology, was officially approved to establish in 2007. The innovation team mainly devotes itself to researching of theories and technologies related to computer networks, internet of things, cloud computing and safety; and does its effort to provide technological supports and services to the application fields, such as security, bank, fiscal, finance, telecommunications and health, etc.

In recent years, the members of the team have successively secured 4 national natural science funds, and 20 more scientific research topics, including natural science fund projects of Jiangxi Province, and science and technology projects of Department of Education of Jiangxi Province, etc; and have published 100 more papers in the key international and domestic journals and conferences, including IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, Multimedia Tools and Applications, Journal of Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering, Chinese Journal of Computers, Journal of Software, Journal of Computer Research and Development, Infocom, and CIKM, etc, among which, 50 more papers were indexed by SCI and EI; furthermore, have published 4 textbooks and monographs; have obtained 2 patents and 2 software copyrights, and have completed research of several horizontal topics.
