Resume:
Guoqiong Liao, received his Ph. D degree in Computer Software and Theory from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2003.6. He worked in HUST for post-doctor research till 2005.6. Then, he worked as a research scientist in Siemens Corporate Technology in Chinabefore 2007.6. Now he is the Professor of theSchoolofInformation Technology, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.

He is an ACM Member, Member of ACM SIGSPATIAL China Chapter, Senior Member of China Computer Federation (CCF), Member of CCF Technical Committee on Database. His main research interests involve in advanced databases, data stream, data mining, RFID data management, etc. He has published more than 50 papers.

He was a program committee of the 17th International Conference on Database Systems for Advanced Applications (DASFAA2011), the 7th International Conference on Advanced Data Mining and Applications (ADMA2011), the 7th IEEE International Symposium on Parallel and Distributed Processing with Applications (ISPA09), and the 3rd~5th International Conf. on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government (ICMeCG09~ ICMeCG11), etc.
