Resume:
    Zheng Wan (1979-) received his B.Eng. and Ph.D. degree in computer science in 2001 and 2006 from Zhejiang University of China. He is now an associated professor of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (JUFE), Nanchang, China. He is the deputy director of the institute of computer networks in JUFE and is currently working in the areas of wireless video communications, assessment of video transmission quality wireless networks and Quality of Service.
