New Breakthrough! JUFE Got its First Engineering Research Center，Ministry of Education Approved

Recently, the Ministry of Education announced the list of projects of the Engineering Research Center in 2022. The project Engineering Research Center of JUFE in Finance and Economics Big Data, Ministry of Education, led by the School of Information Management of JUFE, has been approved as a cultivation and construction project. This is the first time that JUFE has been approved to develop a research platform by the Ministry of Education.

The Research Center focuses on artificial intelligence. The research team consists of high-level researchers from multiple disciplines such as science, engineering, economics, management, etc. Taking JUFE’s research advantages in the field of financial big data, the center will integrate innovative resources, strengthen the combination of industry, education, research and application. The Center aims to investigate and develop the big data in finance, commerce and other financial fields. It will strengthen the financial big data analysis theory and algorithm, financial text big data mining technology, visual signal processing and visualization technology, and achieve key technology breakthroughs in the direction of financial big data intelligent decision support. The Center will also promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and technology transfer, accelerate the training of big data engineering and technology talents, serve the development of regional digital economy, and boost the transformation and upgrading of intelligent industries.
