SIM successfully held the 16th Faculty and Student Sports Meeting

        On the morning of May 13th, the School of Information Management held the 16th Faculty and Student Sports Meeting at the Maillu Campus Athletics Field. Following the principle of "joyful sports and competitive fun," the sports meeting saw active participation and friendly competition among faculty and students, showcasing the spirit of the School of Information Management. The event featured eight activities, including "Circle of Heaven and Earth," "Unbreakable Forest," and "Long Rope Jump," combining amusement with athleticism. With full enthusiasm and high spirits, all participants engaged in the various activities, demonstrating unity, teamwork, courage, and a competitive spirit that made the competition exciting and vibrant. 

        The opening dance performances by the freshmen classes showcased their unique characteristics and youthful energy. The collective projects involving faculty and students fostered fun and camaraderie, allowing the athletes to strengthen their friendships while experiencing the charm of sports. The Faculty and Student Sports Meeting is a traditional event that enriches the sports culture at our school and serves as an annual grand gathering. Faculty and students of the School of Information Management came together on the athletics field, sweating and showcasing their talents with passion. 

        In the end, Class 211 of Information Management won the first prize in the team category, while Classes 222 of Information Management and Computer Science won the second prize, and Classes 221 of Big Data, Information and Computing, and Class 213 of Information Management won the third prize. 

        This sports meeting brought faculty and students of the School of Information Management closer, spread positive energy through sports, and demonstrated their positive willpower. It is hoped that all faculty and students will continue to prioritize physical exercise, enjoy the joy of sports, spread positive energy, enhance their willpower, and cultivate a strong physique. Let us continue to demonstrate unwavering determination, tenacious perseverance, a spirit of progress, and a sense of unity and mutual assistance in future competitions. With a spirited attitude, full of passion and a drive for progress, let us break through the waves and compose a new chapter in the development of our school, making new contributions to its growth!
